課程概述

經由閱讀園藝文獻，了解園藝作物生長發育過程之生理現象及其與產量間之關係，包括水份與礦物營養之吸收與運送、光合作用、供源與積儲、呼吸作用、脂質代謝、營養元素之同化作用、二次代謝物、植物荷爾蒙等，以及如何藉由園藝栽培管理技術調整這些生理現象、進而提高產量。

課程目標

使同學經由閱讀園藝文獻，了解園藝作物之生理現象，以及如何藉由園藝栽培管理技術，調整影響園藝作物生理與品質之因子，促進園藝作物之生長與生產。
